Omg. Today Red Cross. We kenna punishment. Then we were doing squats. My bloody wound opened up. I was like "Bloody hell!! Shit!!'' and when doing pumping, I support my whole weight on my left knee.
Whaa. Couldn't take it. Adeline told me to go sit one side. I went to sit. That's when I saw the wound la. The pain was terrible. It was like Monday all over again. I thought it healed yesterday itself. But the wound opened.
Became casualty for awhile. Had Evacuation first. Then had footdrill. Couldn't hentak properly. Cannot lift up 90 degrees. But Sherry Ma'am was there. So I tried my very best.
After that, we were dismissed. Poor Sec 1s. They got punished quite badly today.
